Ayomide Adekoya is a doctoral researcher, applied AI engineer, and software developer with interdisciplinary expertise spanning artificial intelligence, machine learning, computing education, biomedical science, data engineering, and secure software systems. His research focuses particularly on explainable and responsible AI, human–AI interaction, learning analytics, and intelligent decision-support systems.

His work bridges research and implementation, with experience developing predictive models, reproducible machine-learning pipelines, cloud-based AI platforms, microservices, data pipelines, and analytics systems. His healthcare research includes explainable ensemble learning for heart disease prediction and machine-learning approaches to healthcare decision support.

At CHILLI, Ayomide contributes expertise in applied AI, explainable machine learning, software engineering, predictive modelling, and scalable intelligent systems, supporting the translation of rigorous AI research into practical and responsible healthcare technologies. His current CHILLI work includes predictive modelling, feature selection, model evaluation, explainability and reproducible analysis for healthcare decision support.
